Eligibility For Returns

You may request a return if:

    • You received a damaged or defective product
    • You received the wrong item
    • The product is significantly different from the description
    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Customized / sale items
  • Products without original packaging and tags

Return Process

  • Contact our support team with order details and photos.
  • Our team will verify and approve the return if eligible.
  • Once approved, the product must be returned in unused condition.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchange

Exchange is subject to product availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund.
